Epilepsy Action had a reasonably-sized database of supporters, but no clear plan as to how best to communicate with them, raise funds from them and build strong, long-term relationships with them.
We helped them to review their individual giving programme and their activities to date, and then built a clear, comprehensive plan for them that enabled them to prioritise their efforts and resources on the fundraising activities that would add most long-term value. We also supported them in delivering these activities and regularly reviewing progress against the plan.
