New Economics Foundation – communication workshop

NEF wanted to improve their results from direct response communications – both fundraising and campaigning so we provided them with an introduction to the key principles of writing good direct response appeals, both through direct mail packs and email.

We explored a range of areas of their work – from challenging economic inequality to building stronger communities, and showed NEF how each one could be made more tangible, immediate and emotive if it was communicated in the right way.

The client described the session as ‘really useful’ and it gave their team some practical principles they were able to implement immediately. And, pleasingly, they reported an improvement in results as soon as they started using our techniques!
