We conducted a comprehensive review of the environmental charity Schumacher UK as an organisation – from its financial situation and operational makeup through to the vision that each of the trustees had for its future development. We then produced a proposal to refocus its activities and provide a clear path forward for its development.

As a result the organisation was able to regain a sense of direction for the future.
