ChangeStar Cash Appeals Week – free fundraising consultations on offer

We’re pleased to announce the launch of ‘ChangeStar Cash Appeals Week’ – from 26th-30th September 2016.

For this event we’ll be sharing our years of experience and knowledge about successful cash appeals with the charity sector. Richard Docwra and the ChangeStar agency team will be:

  • Providing a special report on how to create cash appeals that will result in high giving levels and response rates
  • Sharing further tips at @changestartweet
  • PLUS we’re giving five charities a FREE one-hour telephone consultation with ChangeStar Director Richard Docwra to help them review their existing approach to cash appeals and provide strategic input and practical advice (worth thousands of pounds) on how to maximise the value and response. Charities can invite Richard to look at previous packs, and suggest ideas to strengthen future packs. He can also comment on previous segmented results, if desired.

Over many years, ChangeStar has achieved some of the best results in the fundraising sector on individual giving campaigns, from recruitment to donor development, for a wide range of charities large and small – from Blue Cross to Fauna & Flora International. We’ve regularly smashed income targets and boosted average gift levels.

We’d like to share some of the secrets of our success in our ‘Cash Appeals Week’, which is the second of our ‘ChangeStar Weeks’.  It follows the great success of our ‘Legacy Week’ in July 2016, in which we had really interesting discussions with The National Trust, Friends of the Earth, Northern Ireland Chest, Heart & Stroke and War on Want Northern Ireland to help them consider how they could massively increase their income from legacies. “Very useful” was the feedback from the National Trust!
