We’re excited to be running a new event this year – ChangeStar Legacy Week – from 11th – 15th July 2016.
During this week, we’ll be sharing our years of experience and knowledge about legacy fundraising with the charity sector. Richard Docwra and the ChangeStar agency team will be:
- Publishing special legacy-focussed blogs here at www.changestar.co.uk/news
- Sharing tips for charities on how to increase legacy income at @changestartweet
- PLUS we’re giving five charities a FREE one-hour telephone consultation with Richard Docwra to help them review their existing approach to legacy fundraising and provide strategic input and practical advice (worth thousands of pounds) on how to make it more effective.
If you’re a fundraising manager who would welcome the chance to have a free discussion to spark new ideas about legacy fundraising, please contact Kate Wright on kate@changestar.co.uk or call 01273 964018. We only have four slots available (one has already been taken!), so contact us by 12th July 2016 to register your interest and don’t miss this opportunity.
A key aim is to help you maximise the value of your potential legators and build good relationships with them, whilst keeping processes simple, manageable and affordable.
Our approach has proved highly successful for a range of charities, including helping one charity increase their potential legacy income 8-fold in 5 years. We have established a great reputation in this field, and work with Sightsavers, Fauna & Flora International and Coram on legacies. We also work on direct marketing for a wide range of charities including Blue Cross, Y Care International, Sussex Wildlife Trust and Greenpeace.
ChangeStar is a fundraising and social change agency helping charities and other good causes connect with people to do good things – including giving money, campaigning, volunteering and changing their behaviour.
See also our blog about the importance of legacy communications here.
Look out for more updates here and at @changestartweet
STOP PRESS – Another charity has just booked their legacy fundraising consultation. Three slots now available as of today – 5th July!
